Our Policy

Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of fragrances, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging — we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
